With 18 years of distinguished service in law enforcement, Aaron Begin has accumulated a wealth of experience across a diverse range of assignments within both the Toronto Police Service and the London Police Service. His tenure in law enforcement has seen him take on pivotal roles in several specialized units, including the Criminal Investigation Branch, the Community Response Unit, and Uniform Patrol. These assignments have equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by law enforcement professionals in their daily operations.
Throughout his career, Aaron has not only excelled as a police officer but has also emerged as a visionary entrepreneur with a steadfast commitment to improving the future of policing through innovation. His journey into entrepreneurship stems from a keen awareness of the critical need for advanced technological solutions within the law enforcement sector and related government agencies. Recognizing the existing gaps in technology, Aaron embarked on a mission to bridge these deficiencies and elevate the standards of policing.
In response to this pressing need, Aaron co-founded A.L.E. Technologies, a pioneering company dedicated to developing cutting-edge software and hardware applications specifically designed for law enforcement agencies. Under his leadership, A.L.E. Peter Keane
FOUNDER & CEO
Peter Keane brings a decade of dedicated service in law enforcement, marked by a diverse array of roles that have honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the complexities of police work. His tenure as a police officer has seen him take on critical responsibilities in Frontline Patrol, Public Order, and Search Management. Currently, Peter serves with the Tactical Unit, where his expertise continues to contribute to the safety and security of the community.
Throughout his law enforcement career, Peter has developed a keen awareness of the pivotal role that technology can play in enhancing police work. He has recognized that advanced technological solutions are essential for managing complex investigations, mitigating risks, and ultimately providing a higher level of service to the public. His commitment to leveraging technology in policing underscores his forward-thinking approach to law enforcement, aimed at improving operational efficiency and outcomes. This led to him co-founding A.L.E. Technologies.
In addition to his exemplary service in law enforcement, Peter has also dedicated 15 years to the Canadian Forces as an infantry officer in the Primary Reserve. His military career has afforded him a wide range of experiences, including leading soldiers in various capacities and contributing to operational planning at high levels. Peter’s leadership skills and strategic acumen have been further refined through his education and training, culminating in his graduation from the prestigious Canadian Forces Command and Staff College.
Peter’s academic achievements complement his professional experience, providing a strong foundation for his roles in both law enforcement and the military. He holds an Honors Degree in International Relations from Western University, where he gained a deep understanding of global dynamics and the complexities of international affairs. Additionally, Peter earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Royal Military College, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective public sector leadership.
Peter’s dual careers in law enforcement and the military reflect his unwavering commitment to public service and national security. His unique blend of experience in both fields, coupled with his academic credentials, positions him as a leader capable of navigating the challenges of modern policing and military operations. Peter continues to apply his expertise and dedication to serving his community and country, ensuring that both are well-prepared to meet the demands of an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
